Fitness Tuesday - Helping out your Fitness Friday

Hey, hey! Did you know that Fitness Friday had a buddy? Oh yes! Fitness Friday has a buddy called, Fitness Tuesday. Original, I know.

Fitness Tuesday has been going for a good few weeks now, 24 to be exact. It's a made for home fitness programme put together by @Kahanka (Mirka) the author of the absolutely fabulous, 'All Baby Advice'.

Now, it's up to you - you can jolly well start at week 24 if you feel you can manage it, but if not, you can go back to the beginning of the Fitness Tuesday programme and work your way up. There's a little linky too, and we all know how we love those.
